SP Retail ventures is a wholly owned subsidiary of S.P.Apparels Ltd, having become an independent company from being a division of S.P.Apparels Ltd. We have been engaging in Indian retail since 2006 through licensing brand Crocodile and have evolved over the years in terms of expansion within India as well as globally through the acquisition of the international kids wear brand Angel & Rocket along with the sportswear and footwear license for HEAD.
